Strengthen your toolkit for supporting young people with Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) training—an evidence-based resource for adults who regularly interact with youth, including parents, caregivers, educators, coaches, mentors, and clergy.

Participants will learn about:

  • Common youth mental health challenges
  • Adolescent development
  • A five-step action plan for responding to youth in crisis and non-crisis situations

Gain the confidence and skills to recognize when a young person may be struggling and respond with support and care.
